Last evacuation of Halyard mission

On this day, 75 years ago, last evacuation of Halyard mission took place from airstrip near Boljanić village in northern Bosnia. With members of mission, 20 US Airmen were evacuated. Mission was great success, it managed to evacuate more than 420 US and Allied personnel, without losses.
